Her focus is on Keto for Women, but she loves to nerd out on all things holistic health and living. Jessica and her husband also run a pasture raised meat business in Oregon (serving multiple states). They ship high quality beef, pork and chicken directly to your door and pride themselves on strict standards (no antibiotics or added hormones, nose to tail and sustainable farming). Jessica grew up in Oregon, lived a handful of years in Alaska as well as Washington and LOVES the PNW!

I used to think KETO was a horrible fad that would ruin health! I had zero understanding of how it works and it had never donned on me that it could be done in a holistic manner. Once a bunch of holistic practitioners that I’ve followed for years and really respect started talking about the health benefits of it, my ears perked up! I then spent a ton of time researching it and have now followed a ketogenic protocol myself for about 4 years.
