Her focus is on Keto for Women, but she loves to nerd out on all things holistic health and living. Jessica and her husband also run a pasture raised meat business in Oregon (serving multiple states). It’s been quite a long and windy road for me with my relationship with food and fitness. At this stage in my life, I am super happy, have great energy and feel proud of the fact that, at 46 I am on zero medications (the average adult takes 4+ prescription meds per day).
