that I didn't think I needed the medication because on this diet, my appetite had diminished and I no longer craved unhealthy foods. It works, so great, to be on a healthier diet. Plus, inflammation is down, I have more energy, and I don't feel so bloated!

I can definitely see how a lifestyle change can affect how you approach medications. I went to my doctor to talk about possibly being put on an appetite suppressing drug because I wanted to lose weight but felt that my desire to eat was too powerful. Thankfully, she said she'd like to see that I can maintain a healthier lifestyle before prescribing anything.
